Stream B of the Digital Literacy Training for Librarians in Nigeria organized by the Information Technology Section of NLA tooThe opening ceremony commenced at 11am on 21st March, 2016. It was graced by Anambra State Honorable Commissioner for Information and Culture Dr. Uju Nwogu who was represented by the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry Sir B. C. Mhere. The Keynote Address was delivered by Dr. Mrs. Nkem Osuigwe (Immediate past Director, Anambra State Library Board). The ceremony was engaging and interactive as participants were entertained

The practical sessions began immediately after the opening ceremony with a session on the topic: Beating the internet gurus with extraordinary search skills by Dr. Scholar Ukwoma
